The Chicago Offices
Our new Edgewater neighborhood location is now open!
We have two Chicago locations. One in the Daystar Center building, where we share offices with several other Christian organizations, including DayStar School, Providence Life Services, and Trinity Christian College. Overflow Coffee Bar is in the lobby too! The other, in the Edgewater neighborhood, is in Edgewater Baptist Church.

- Please note parking and other location-specific information below.
- If possible, please print and fill out our new client forms and bring them and your insurance card (if applicable) to your first appointment.

- In addition to public transportation, there is metered parking around the building and free parking starting at 4pm on 16th street in front of the school.

Parking is also available in the Daystar Christian School parking lot located off of 16th Street for a fee of $2 per hour. Payment for parking must be made in cash at the time of your appointment.
