Most people at some time in their lives face a situation that negatively affects their lives and, therefore, their work. It may be a loss from the death of a loved one or a divorce. It may be a chronic physical problem, or, it may be an emotional difficulty. Now your employees need not face their problems alone. It is the goal of the Chicago Christian Counseling Center to provide your employees with Christian professional counseling to assist them in their struggle. It is often said that an employer will save approximately $5 to $8 for every dollar invested in an EAP program. Investing in this manner in the lives of your employees can save absenteeism, and increase productivity at work.
