Does the Chicago Christian Counseling Center accept insurance?

Yes. If you would like to use your insurance, it would be helpful for you to call your insurance company to find out what network, if any, they use for outpatient mental health. They will be able to tell you if you have in-network and out-of-network benefits, what your financial responsibility will be, and if you need to have services authorized or pre-certified.

Is the Chicago Christian Counseling Center in my insurance network?

Because your insurance company may not use the same insurance network for your outpatient mental health benefits as it does for your regular medical benefits, please call your insurance company to find out. Then call us and we will be able to tell you whether we are "in" or "out" of your insurance network.

What if the Chicago Christian Counseling Center is not in my insurance network, but I want Christian counseling?

There have been cases in which the insurance company will make an exception because you want Christian counseling. You may also choose to use your out-of-network benefits.

Do you accept Medicare?

Yes. The Chicago Christian Counseling Center has several Medicare providers.
